It’s designed for Master Divers like you, who are ready to lead Instructor Development Courses (IDCs). Think of it as your final polish, where we’ll refine your leadership, teaching, and evaluation skills. We’ll dive into real-world scenarios, build your confidence, and get you ready to shape the future of PADI instruction. It’s a challenge, sure, but imagine the impact you’ll have! Just like with our Staff Instructor course, it’s about giving you the edge you need to really shine.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Just like our monthly IDC Staff Instructor courses, we know your time is valuable. Our Course Director Prep typically runs for 10-14 days. It’s an intensive period, but we’ll make every minute count. We’ll cover all the essential theory, get loads of hands-on practice, and make sure you’re totally comfortable with everything you need to know. The exact length can vary a bit, but the goal is always the same: to get you fully prepped for the Course Director Training Course (CDTC). We’re all about quality here, so you’ll leave feeling confident and ready to lead.
