As a PADI Staff Instructor, you will be qualified to teach the PADI Assistant Instructor course independently, as well as assist on the full IDC and PADI Speciality Instructor training programs.

During the course, you’ll brush up on your dive theory, and also audit an IDC to gain advanced presentation techniques and assessment practice. It’s a great career move as you will be significantly more employable within the industry thanks to your additional skills and experience in teaching and mentoring instructor level programmes.
