Colins first dives were in the British army in 1988. After leaving the army he the took it up as a sport, which is where he realized it can be fun as well, then continued to dive around the world for many years before finally completing his PADI Divemaster Course in Koh Tao. he was hooked and headed back to Koh Tao after completing his Tech diving with TDi and PADI and trained all the way through to PADI Course Director with Master Divers.

He’s taught many people to dive, he’s run Divemaster training and staffed IDCs with some of the best dive schools in the world.

He now spends his days as the General Manager, Owner and Course Director of Master Divers and goes fun diving whenever he can.

Anna’s love for diving began at just 8 years old when she did her first Bubblemaker dive on a holiday in Fiji. From that moment, she was hooked! That early experience alongside growing up on Australia’s coast, sparked a lifelong passion for the underwater world, leading her to become an instructor and now a manager at Master Divers. Anna is dedicated to ensuring every diver has a safe, fun, and educational experience. When she’s not leading courses or managing daily operations, you’ll find her exploring Koh Tao’s stunning dive sites.

As a PADI Course Director and dive centre owner, Alex brings a wealth of experience to Master Divers. Alex is at the heart of our professional training programs, guiding aspiring instructors through their journey to becoming PADI Pros. With years of experience teaching and mentoring divers worldwide, Alex brings extensive knowledge and expertise to Master Divers. In addition to his role here, he is also the owner of Sail Rock Divers in Koh Phangan, one of the region’s top dive centers. Passionate about high-quality training, Alex ensures every student is well-prepared to succeed in the dive industry. Whether running Instructor Development Courses (IDCs) or sharing his deep love for marine conservation, Alex is dedicated to shaping the next generation of dive professionals.

Lewis grew up diving and hasn’t stopped since! At just 11 years old he completed his PADI Open Water course in Koh Phangan. That first dive sparked a lifelong passion for the ocean, leading him to travel to some of the world’s best diving destinations. Now, as a manager and instructor at Master Divers, Lewis ensures every diver receives expert training while keeping the dive center running smoothly. Whether guiding divers on breathtaking dives or teaching the next generation of PADI pros, Lewis is always ready to share his love for the underwater world.

Captain P’Iad may hail from the mainland, but the sea has been his true home for over half his life. A seasoned captain with years of experience, he brings a unique blend of skill, passion, and personality to every trip. Known for his warm smile and infectious energy, P’Iad is always ready to brighten your day with music, singing, and even a few dance moves on the boat. While he knows how to keep the vibes lively and fun, your safety is always his top priority. Captain P’Bao has been guiding boats for over 30 years and knows the Gulf of Thailand like the back of his hand, especially the dive sites around Koh Tao. He loves his life on the sea, spending every day happily on the boat. P’Bao is always smiling and ready to help anyone, whether it’s customers, crew, or even other captains. Safety is his top priority, and you can always trust him to steer the boat carefully. With P’Bao in charge, your adventure is in good hands.

Originally from Myanmar, Lambo has called Koh Tao home for many years. With his friendly demeanor and unwavering dedication, he’s an essential part of our team, always ready to lend a helping hand to both our customers and the captain. Meet Steven, our legendary Divemaster from the UK! A long-time resident of Koh Tao and a diving expert with over 15 years of experience, Steven is your ultimate guide to discovering the wonders of the underwater world. Steven’s specialty? Finding the tiniest and most elusive marine life. Whether it’s colorful nudibranchs, shy shrimps, or other hidden critters, nothing escapes his eagle eyes. If macro diving is your thing, Steven will make every dive an exciting treasure hunt under the waves. With a perfect blend of professionalism, enthusiasm, and a dash of humor, Steven ensures every dive is safe, fun, and unforgettable. Let him show you a side of the ocean you’ve never seen before!

Meet Atom and June. The two friendly faces who greet you when you arrive at Master Divers, the girls keep everything running smoothly at the front desk. Whether you’re booking a dive trip, signing up for a course, or just looking for the best local recommendations, they are always ready to help. Both Atom and June have a deep knowledge of the dive center and a passion for customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. And when they’re not busy at the front desk, you’ll find them playing with some of the local dogs, watching sunsets or in the water – both Atom and June love to dive on their days off, exploring Koh Tao’s reefs and marine life.

Wy has been at Master Divers for many years, he lives on Koh Tao with his lovely wife and two beautiful daughters. Originally from Myanmar, Wy enjoys living in Thailand and Koh Tao and with the work him and his partner do for us, they are able to help support their families back at home.
Wy is a jack of all trades and helps with anything required around the dive centre, his main focus is driving our long-tail and helping fill our tanks via our compressor.
He is genuinely one the loveliest human beings you’ll have the pleasure of meeting, always putting others before himself and helping out the local Burmese community when he can, all with a smile permanently attached to his face, we love Wy and sure you will too!

Jerome is a dedicated instructor with a passion for developing the next generation of dive professionals. As the coordinator of our Divemaster program, he takes pride in mentoring students through one of the most exciting steps in their diving careers. His extensive experience, combined with a hands-on and engaging teaching style, ensures that every Divemaster candidate graduates with the confidence and skills needed to work in the diving industry. When he is not diving, he can be found jamming in the local bars as a percussionist.
