Refund & Cancellation Policy:

At Master Divers, we strive to provide the best possible training and underwater experiences. Because our boat spaces and instructor schedules are limited, we strictly adhere to the following refund policy:

1. Deposits

  • Non-Refundable: All deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.

  • Non-Transferable: Deposits are assigned to the specific diver named at the time of booking. They cannot be transferred to another individual or applied to a different person’s account.

2. Course Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, but our logistics are finalized well in advance.

  • Same-Day Cancellations: Any cancellation made on the day of the scheduled course (or "no-shows") will result in the forfeiture of the full course fee. No refunds will be issued.

  • 24-Hour Notice: If you notify us of a cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the course start time, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

3. Calculation of Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not guaranteed and are calculated based on the following deductions:

  • Administrative Fees: Costs associated with booking management.

  • Digital Materials: If PADI/agency eLearning codes have already been redeemed or assigned, the cost of these materials is strictly non-refundable.

  • Incurred Costs: Any classroom or pool fees already committed by the center.

4. Medical & Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event that a diver is found "unfit to dive" by a medical professional during the course:

  • We will provide a credit note for the remaining portion of the course (valid for [12] months).

  • Standard deductions for materials and completed training segments will still apply.

5. Weather & Safety

If Master Divers cancels a trip or course due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical failure, we will offer:

  1. An alternative date to complete the activity.

  2. A full refund of the specific portion cancelled (excluding used digital materials).

Agreement: By completing your booking and paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
