PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider

Breathe easy – knowing that you know how to recognise illnesses treatable with Emergency Oxygen. Being the best buddy you can means being prepared, especially in a time of need.

Be the one ready to help a fellow diver should the need arise by becoming a PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider.
All dive boats should come equipped with ready to use 100% O2 equipment, take the additional training and be ready to help out if needed!

You’ll learn how to:

  • Recognise diving illnesses treatable by Emergency Oxygen
  • Properly set up Emergency Oxygen equipment
  • Administer Emergency Oxygen

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The course takes just one day and is completed in the dive centre.

Emergency Oxygen Provider adds on to any First Aid and Rescue training. You can check out those courses as well and take all 3 to be able to assist in any situation!

The course includes all the elements required for completion: your own copy of the PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider manual, internationally recognised certification card, high quality instruction from experienced and qualified instructors.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

PAYMENT – Deposit is non-refundable. Balance to be paid in full upon arrival.

PREREQUISITES – Though suited primarily for divers, this course has no prerequisites and doesn’t include dives, which means it is equally applicable to those who are around divers – boat crew, non-diving buddies, lifeguards, and shore staff. You don’t need any previous CPR or First Aid training to take the course.
